 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, especially families with young children.
• Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and clear tables efficiently.
• Assist with cashier duties, including billing and payment handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and children’s play zones.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support birthday parties, celebrations, and café events when required.
• Ensure all service SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines are followed.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary. 
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support café operations.

Job Requirements

• Able to understand and speak English. (Able to speak Mandarin is a bonus)
• Enjoy working & playing with children — cheerful, patient, and friendly.
• Well-groomed and neat appearance (e.g., tidy hair; no long or thick moustache).
• Cheerful, responsible, and a good team player.
• Experience in F&B or service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• High potential for promotion based on performance.
