这是一个面向应届生和初级候选人的全职培养型岗位。入职初期，你可能会根据业务需要和个人能力，接触不同职能模块的工作，包括 客服支持、技术支持、开发协作、风控相关工作 等。

A fast-growing Web3 digital assets platform team is hiring Technical Associates / Junior Technical Operations Associates.

This is a full-time entry-level growth role for fresh graduates and junior candidates. In the early stage, depending on business needs and individual strengths, you may be involved in different functions, including customer support, technical support, development coordination, and risk-related tasks.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams, support real business cases.

✅ 日常职责：

• 协助处理用户及内部团队的技术相关问题，并提供基础排查与支持
• 协助问题定位、信息整理与升级反馈，例如登录异常、延迟、卡顿等
• 协助整理 FAQ、知识库及流程文档
• 汇总高频问题，并支持内部优化与改进
• 根据业务需要，参与不同模块的日常支持工作，包括客服、技术支持、开发协作及风控相关任务

✅ You will:

• Support user-facing and internal technical inquiries with basic troubleshooting
• Assist with issue triage, information collection, and escalation for cases such as login issues, delays, or performance problems
• Maintain FAQs, internal documentation, and workflow materials
• Summarize recurring issues and support internal improvements
• Contribute to day-to-day work across different functions, including customer support, technical support, development coordination, and risk-related operations, based on business needs

Job Requirements

✅ 岗位要求：

• 计算机、软件、信息技术、数据相关专业在读、应届毕业生或毕业不久
• 至少熟悉一门语言，如 Java / Python / JavaScript，并具备基础代码阅读能力
• 中文和英文流利，具备良好的工作沟通能力
• 可稳定配合 GMT+8 时区工作
• 可根据工作需要接受商务出差，包括行业会议、峰会、论坛等活动
• 态度积极，学习意愿强，能接受从基础工作做起，并逐步适应跨职能协作

✅ We’re looking for:

• Students, fresh graduates, or junior candidates in CS / Software Engineering / IT / Data-related fields
• Familiar with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with the ability to read basic code
• Fluent in English & Mandarin, good working communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Able to work stably within GMT+8 time zone
• Open to business travel when needed, including conferences, summits, forums, and related events
• Positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and open to starting from foundational work in a cross-functional environment
