We are looking for a passionate and well-connected A&R Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong ear for hit potential, deep knowledge of current music trends, and the ability to nurture artists from discovery to release.

You will play a key role in scouting new talent, overseeing creative development, and shaping our label’s future roster.

Job Requirements

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• • Scout and identify emerging artists, producers, and songwriters
• • Attend live shows, showcases, and industry events
• • Evaluate demos and submissions
• • Guide artists through song selection and creative direction
• • Coordinate recording sessions and collaborate with producers
• • Work closely with marketing and distribution teams for release strategy
• • Negotiate and manage talent agreements
• • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

🎼 Requirements

• • 2–5 years experience in music, talent management, or A&R
• • Strong understanding of streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok trends)
• • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• • Strong industry network in Malaysia / SEA is a plus
• • Passion for discovering and developing talent
• • Ability to spot commercial and artistic potential
