About Us

We are Rusa Music, the largest record label in Malaysia with a huge catalogue of artistes & KOLs under our management. We're currently looking for a full-time position New Business & Marketing Executive to join the family! 

Responsibilities:

-Research, identify and pitch to prospective agencies and brands to achieve company’s revenue target.

-Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals with agencies and brands, ensuring alignment with company goals.

-Work closely with internal team to create innovative commercial projects featuring Rusa Music’s artist roster and assets.

-Lead the implementation and management of brand deals, ensuring flawless execution and delivery. This includes managing relationships with clients, artists and internal stakeholders.

-Monitor and analyze the performance of projects, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future collaborations.

-Proactively service agencies and clients, building long term relationships with key stakeholders.

-Oversee and manage budgets for projects, ensuring financial efficient and alignment with project goals.

Job Requirements

-Has a strong robust network of agencies and brands contacts in the market.

-Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

-Good financial understanding including budget oversight and control.

-Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

-Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique business opportunities.

-1-3 years of strong business development experience and proven ability to deliver commercial results. Ideally, experience in sales role or client facing position within agencies.

-Responsible and punctual. Able to speak fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
