Job Description
- -Prepare design proposals layout plans CAD drawings and material boards for presentations.
- -Convert customers' samples into internal drawings.
- -Create BQ contract documentation and oversee project implementation within schedules and budgets.
- -Select materials and furnishings including lighting furniture wall finishes flooring plumbing fixtures etc.
- -Deliver work and drawings efficiently and on time.
- -Understand client's goals and project requirements negotiate design solutions with various parties.
- -Coordinate with relevant parties to gather accurate information and collaborate with team members.
- -Attend project meetings site visits inspections etc.
- -Stay updated on design construction and legislative developments in the field.
- -Conduct post-project visits to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in an Architectural or Interior Design
-Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel etc.
-Preferable those can speak Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
-Candidate must have 3-4 years Interior Design work experience.
