Job Description
🔧 Your Role on the Crew:
- Apply automotive window tint films with flawless technique and attention to detail.
- Measure, cut, and install tint using specialized tools and heat guns.
- Ensure smooth, bubble-free finishes on windshields, side windows, and rear glass.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly handle tinting materials.
- Educate customers on tint options, benefits, and care tips.
- Keep up with the latest tinting trends, tools, and legal regulations.
Job Requirements
💼 What You Bring:
- Steady hands and a sharp eye perfection is your standard
- Experience in tinting is a plus, but training can be provided for the right attitude
- Knowledge of automotive window structures and film behavior
- Excellent time management & customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- A valid driver’s license (and appreciation for well-tinted rides)
