As a builder or pre-sales engineer, you will study, propose, create and scale end-to-end hardware and software solutions that connect devices to client systems and improve day-to-day operations (all these working along with your teammates)

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Integration

• Be part Design team to build end-to-end solutions for barcode scanners, label printers and WMS/MES systems that match client workflows.
• Integrate device SDKs and APIs to link hardware with client software and back-end databases.

Implementation & Support

• Install, configure and test devices on-site and remotely to ensure stable connectivity and correct data flow.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software faults, document fixes and escalate vendor issues when required.

Customer & Team Collaboration

• Gather technical requirements with sales and customers and translate them into clear solution designs.
• Create user guides and deliver training so deployments hand over smoothly to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fresh graduates of IT/Computer Science or any Engineering Background are welcome, with internships or project work in system integration considered a plus.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with barcode devices, label printers and vision-hardware, and basic barcode standards like Code128 and QR.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in Windows and Linux environments, basic networking TCP/IP and SQL.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge such as Python, C# or similar for SDK integration and automation.
• Understanding & good knowledge with the use of AI Tools available in the market

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication and customer-facing confidence when collecting requirements and delivering training.
• Methodical troubleshooting, good documentation habits and willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
• Must be able to speak good English and able to communicate in both English & Chinese language
