Bestow Boutique Hotel, 78, 80, Lorong 1/77a, Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

• Greeting guests: Make a good first impression by welcoming guests warmly and professionally
• Managing reservations: Take bookings by phone, email, or in person, and record them in the hotel's system
• Checking in and out guests: Assign rooms, provide keys, and process payments
• Answering questions: Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
• Handling requests: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests
• Processing payments: Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments, and make change
• Maintaining records: Keep accurate records of guest information and room assignments
• Coordinate with other departments: Work with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
• Maintain the front desk: Keep the front desk area clean and organized
• Complete administrative tasks: File, photocopy, and prepare bills
