• Assist the team with liquidation matters (CVL, MVL, Court Liquidations)
• Manage receivership processes
• Supervise the complete case lifecycle from start to finish
• Ensure the timely and compliant submission of statutory documents to CCM and the court.
• Provide guidance to clients on corporate restructuring, insolvency, and liquidation processes.
• Conduct legal and financial assessments to advise clients on optimal strategies.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Remain informed about the latest regulations and industry practices.
• Follow up on long outstanding matters
• Looking for experienced candidates to take up the role of Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency professional in KL.

Job Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement: Diploma or higher in business admin/ accounting or related fields
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Essential skills: Knowledge of Insolvency Law, Financial Analysis, Negotiation, Communication, Problem Solving, and Attention to Detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative in enhancing skills and knowledge related to insolvency.
• Ability to complete tasks independently.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with various government agencies.
• Follow up on pending issues.
