Job Description

 Brand Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement brand plans in line with overall business goals.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Translate insights into actionable strategies for brand growth.
• Ensure all brand communications and activities align with brand guidelines & values and company policies.
• Monitor and manage brand budgets to ensure cost efficiency and strong ROI.

Marketing and Campaign Execution:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and in-store channels.
• Manage media, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborating closely with General Trade (GT), Independent Supermarket (ISM), Key Account (KA) sales team to align and execute regional or key account promotion plans effectively.
• Plan and manage promotional events, roadshows, and activations to increase brand engagement.
• Ensure optimal product placement through effective planogram implementation.
• Track brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, and consumer perception.

Job Requirements

•  Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing or related fields.
• At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience in FMCG, preferably from the food & beverage Industry.
• Experience in Trade Marketing, will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work independently across various platforms and departments with minimal supervision, and also a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
