Job Description

• To handle full set of accounts
• To handle correspondence with clients, auditor/3rd parties
• Plan and organize tasks to ensure timely completion of the full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare bookeeping 

Job Requirements

•   Minimum diploma in accounting
• At least 1 years of related experience will be an advantage
• Required skills: Knowledge of accounting principles, Communication skill
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to handle and meet strict deadlines efficiently and effectively
• Able to set up chart of accounts and conduct full set of account books (using accounting software)
• Preferably can read Mandarin documents
