Are you looking for hands-on, real-world experience in IT infrastructure and network operations? We are seeking a motivated NOC Engineer / IT Technical Support Intern to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will work closely with our core engineering team to monitor system health, troubleshoot network alerts, and ensure maximum uptime for our services. This is a fantastic opportunity to bridge the gap between classroom theory and enterprise-level IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring: Assist in monitoring network infrastructure, servers, and applications using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Incident Management: Help identify, log, and escalate network alerts or system outages according to established procedures.
• Technical Support: Provide basic first-line technical troubleshooting and support for internal or external systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of network events, incidents, and daily shift handovers.
• Collaboration: Work alongside senior network engineers and L2 support teams to learn advanced troubleshooting methodologies.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (Routing & Switching).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems is a plus (Excel and Word)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to participate in a shift-rotation schedule (if required for 24/7 NOC operations).
