Your role is to execute our Korean protocol offerings that deliver consistent results. You will record outcomes, manage client follow ups, and help grow a loyal client base for the studio.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Treatments & Protocols

• Deliver professional skincare treatments following established protocols, with familiarity in Korean steps considered a plus.
• Tailor treatment plans and product selection to each client's skin type and goals, and record outcomes after each session.

Client Care & Consultation

• Conduct clear pre-treatment skin assessments and explain recommended procedures and homecare in simple terms.
• Recommend retail skincare where appropriate and follow up to monitor client progress and satisfaction.

Studio Operations & Safety

• Maintain strict hygiene, sterilisation, and equipment care to meet standards.
• Support appointment coordination and keep treatment areas organised to ensure punctual service.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Practical experience with facial and skincare treatments is valued; part time candidates are welcome.
• Genuine passion for skin health is more important than years of experience; we prioritise curiosity and careful practice.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of skin analysis, facial techniques, and common active ingredients.
• Familiarity with Korean skincare protocols and glass skin routines is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly communicator who builds client trust and explains care clearly and respectfully.
