We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Admin Intern to assist with data entry, data filtering, and tidying up operational records. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and well-organized data to support business operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and operational documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform data entry, updating, and verification to ensure accuracy in operational
records.
● Filter, clean, and organize data from various sources for better usability.
● Identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
● Assist in structuring and categorizing data for efficient tracking and reporting.
● Support the team in reviewing and maintaining data logs, spreadsheets, and system records.
● Assist in generating reports and summaries for operational insights.
● Work closely with the operations team to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
● Provide general administrative support related to data management and
documentation

Location: Safe Truck Sdn Bhd - Mak Mandin Office
Duration: 3 – 6 months
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 6:00PM, Alternate Saturday 8:00AM - 12:00PM
