Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Technical Assistant Intern to join our team in the Fleet Control System industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in GPS tracking, vehicle telematics, and fleet management technologies. The ideal candidate will assist our technical team in system installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance while gaining valuable industry knowledge

Responsibilities:
● Assist in the configuration and maintenance of GPS tracking systems
● Support troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software
● Perform diagnostic tests and quality control (QC) checks on vehicle tracking devices and sensors before deployment.
● Inspect returned devices to identify issues and assist in basic troubleshooting.
● Assist in maintaining technical documentation, reports, and inventory records
● Help analyze fleet data to optimize vehicle tracking efficiency
● Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
● Provide technical support to clients and team members when needed
● Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth
system implementation

Job Requirements

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Engineering, IT,
Automotive Technology, or a related technical field
● Basic knowledge of GPS systems, vehicle wiring, and telematics (preferred)
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
● Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory)

Location: Safe Truck Sdn Bhd - Mak Mandin Office
Duration: 3 – 6 months
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM – 6:00PM, Alternate Saturday 8:30AM - 13:00PM
