Job Description

Collaborate with Product and Software Engineering teams to design responsive, scalable, and engaging digital experiences for logistics, fleet management, and compliance applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interface Design – Assist in designing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• User-Centric Research – Participate in user research, usability testing, and data gathering to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Iteration & Feedback – Work with software developers, product managers, and QA teams to refine designs based on technical feasibility and user feedback.
• Responsive Systems – Ensure cross-device compatibility and visual consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Brand Alignment – Uphold design system standards and contribute to SafeTruck design language across product lines.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Students or recent graduates in Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for mobile and web applications.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and how designs translate to code.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to work fully on-site at the office located in Bayan Lepas, Penang (no hybrid or remote arrangements).
