As a Customer Service Support rep, you'll be at the forefront — more than just answering calls or replying to emails. You’ll be the problem solver, the listener, and the bridge between our customers and the tech team.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Connect with customers via calls, emails, and chats — keep it clear, helpful, and human.
● Understand the issue first, then act — think before you escalate.
● Keep cool under pressure and respond professionally in all situations.
● Work closely with our technical and operations team to ensure smooth ticket resolutions.
● Make sure every support request is handled with care and within the deadline (SLA).
What You’ll Need to Shine
● Diploma, degree, or equivalent certification — fresh grads are welcome too.
● Detail-oriented mindset — especially when reviewing technical info or issue history, you spot things others miss
● Calm under pressure, sharp in problem-solving.
● Great communicator (spoken and written) — in English & Bahasa Malaysia especially. Mandarin is a plus!
● Comfortable with computers and multi-tasking tools.
● Great team player, but also able to handle tasks independently.
● Willing to work in rotating shifts — including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
● Male or female — all are welcome.
