Job Description

1) Preparing and reviewing contract documents, including procurement contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
2) Coordinating with project teams to ensure contract compliance and timely resolution of any issues
3) Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to contract management
4) Assisting with the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures
5) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract administration


Job Requirements

1) Minimum 1 years of experience in contract administration or a related field within the construction industry

3) Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
4) Proficient in paperworks preparation, review and negotiations
5) Familiarity with Microsoft software and tools
