Job Description

1) Developing and implementing site plans and construction schedules
2) Monitoring site progress and making adjustments to keep projects on track
3) Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams
4) Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
5) Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders
6) Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on site
7) Maintaining detailed records and documentation of site activities

Job Requirements

1) Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
2) Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
3) Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
4) Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
5) Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
6) Knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment
7) Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
8) Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
