Job Description

1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring all facilities (e.g., gym, swimming pool, restaurant, function rooms, and recreational areas) are well-maintained and fully operational. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth workflow and service delivery. Monitor clubhouse cleanliness, safety, and functionality through regular inspections.
2. Recruit, train, and supervise clubhouse staff, including admin executives, service crew, and maintenance team. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure each department meets performance standards. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed. Foster a positive, service-oriented work culture.
3. Build strong relationships with members to understand and fulfill their needs. Handle escalated complaints or special requests professionally and efficiently. Oversee the membership experience from onboarding to retention. Monitor service feedback and implement improvements.
4. Prepare and manage the clubhouse budget, ensuring expenses stay within limits. Monitor revenue streams (e.g., memberships, event bookings, F&B sales) and explore ways to increase profitability. Review financial reports and submit monthly performance summaries to senior management. Approve purchases and manage inventory effectively.
5. Drive membership growth through strategic marketing and promotional activities. Work with the marketing team to create and promote clubhouse programs, events, and seasonal campaigns. Oversee planning and execution of social, sports, and recreational events. Build community engagement and brand reputation.
6. Ensure all equipment and clubhouse facilities are in good condition through regular maintenance. Manage service contracts with vendors (e.g., cleaners, repair technicians, security). Ensure vendors deliver services in line with agreed quality and timelines.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health guidelines, and company policies. Develop and enforce emergency procedures and incident reporting protocols. Keep all licenses, permits, and insurance documentation updated.
8. Job scope may vary based on current business requirements. Complete all ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum: Diploma or Degree 
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in:
  Business / Management
  Finance / Accounting
  Marketing
  Or related field
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work weekends / shifts  
• Willingness to relocate
