Job Description
Operations & Scheduling
- Coordinate and manage swim class schedules, bookings, and attendance
- Ensure optimal coach allocation and class capacity planning
- Handle class changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
Customer Service
- Act as the main point of contact for parents and students
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person
- Manage registrations, enrollments, and student records
- Address feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally
Team Coordination
- Liaise with swim coaches regarding schedules, updates, and performance
- Support onboarding and coordination of coaching staff
- Ensure coaches are informed of class rosters and changes
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, payments, and student progress
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Prepare reports on class performance and enrollment
Program Support
- Assist in planning swim programs, events, and competitions
- Support marketing efforts such as promotions and outreach
- Ensure safety and operational standards are upheld at all times
Job Requirements
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or customer service
- Experience in sports, education, or swim academy environment is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Familiarity with scheduling or booking systems is a plus
Other Requirements
- Ability to work weekends physically at branch assigned.
- Passion for sports, swimming, or working with children is an added advantage
- Weekdays work from home
