We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Manager/Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to support the sales and marketing functions of the company. The successful candidate will assist in driving sales growth, implementing marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Support marketing campaigns (online & offline), including social media, content creation, promotions, and events. Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Manage and follow up on leads, enquiries, and existing customers to convert and retain business
• Prepare sales reports, marketing performance reports, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the operations/service team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery
• Maintain and update CRM/customer database
• Assist in pricing, packaging, and promotional planning
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, or client meetings when required
• Support the Sales, Business Developement team in day-to-day operations and special projects
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback for product/service improvement

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2–4 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing (Assistant Manager level preferred; strong Senior Executive candidates will also be considered)
• Experience in education, enrichment centres, sports academies, or service-based industries is a strong advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in sales/marketing may be considered

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia – able to speak and write clearly)
• Good understanding of digital marketing (social media, Google, Meta ads basic knowledge preferred)
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM tools
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to multi-task
• Presentable, positive attitude, and willing to learn
