As a Technician Cum Admin Executive of the Company, the Employee is required to perform the

following job scope and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

(a) Conduct regular inspections of clubhouse facilities, equipment, and utilities to identify maintenance

needs.

(b) Perform general repairs and maintenance works, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC,

and basic landscaping as required.

(c) Ensure all clubhouse equipment (lighting, air-conditioning, audio/visual systems, etc.) is in optimal

working condition.

(d) Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to clubhouse

operations.

(e) Support event setups by arranging furniture, setting up AV equipment, and ensuring all facilities are

ready for use.

(f) Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the clubhouse premises.

(g) Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized maintenance work when needed.

(h) Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies.

Prepare monthly and annual reports on the repair, maintenance works and related reports requested by

management.

(i) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

(j) Respond to emergency maintenance calls during operational hours.

(k) Advise on the valuation for fire insurance before policy expiry. Recommend requirements for other

insurance policies. Liaise with appointed insurance brokers on insurance matters.

(l) Cover club counter or management when needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum: 

• SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) 
• Certificate 
• Diploma 
• Advanced Diploma
• Degree

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in:

Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics,

Business / Management

Finance / Accounting

Marketing

Or related field

Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia

Ability to work weekends and shifts 

Willingness to relocate
