Job Description

This role is part of our management development pathway and is designed to prepare future leaders for Saizeriya Malaysia.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress into:

  • Store Manager
  • Area Manager
  • Head Office roles (Operations, Training & Development, etc.)

Job Responsibilities

You will begin by learning and mastering full restaurant operations, including both Service and Kitchen functions, to build a strong operational foundation before progressing into management roles.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members
  • Managing staff scheduling and manpower planning
  • Maintaining and continuously improving QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards
  • Managing sales performance, cost control, and labour planning
  • Supporting preparation and operational setup for new outlet openings

As you grow within the organisation, you may take on:

  • Management of multiple outlets
  • Broader responsibilities in areas such as operations planning, training & development, or business support functions

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
    (We currently do not offer work visa sponsorship.)
  • 35 years old and below
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong interest in restaurant operations and people management

Working Hours

  • Shift-based working schedule
  • Total working hours will not exceed 45 hours per week
  • Working hours include early and late shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays, depending on operational needs
  • Work schedules may be adjusted in accordance with business requirements
