- Supervisor

Job Responsibilities：

- Develop and implement takeaway strategies to boost sales and brand visibility across multiple delivery platforms.

- Conduct market research and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Work closely with delivery platforms (Grab, Foodpanda, Shopee, etc.) to maintain strong partnerships and negotiate better terms.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotions and increase customer engagement.

- Support store managers in executing takeaway strategies and improving operational performance.

What We’re Looking For:

 • Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B

 • Good communication 

 • Stock service areas with necessary supplies

 • Own transport 

        • Ensure smooth operation of the store

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B industry (Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor)
• Fresh graduates are welcome for Crew Barista position
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for beverage, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Experience with takeaway and delivery platforms is an added advantage
• Basic stock handling and inventory awareness
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Own transportation is required
• Responsible, proactive, and positive attitude
