As an AI-Powered Content Writer, you’ll be responsible for producing high-impact content that drives visibility, engagement, and sales. You’ll combine storytelling, marketing psychology, and AI tools to turn ideas into campaigns that move people and move the business forward.

Now, we’re looking for a creative storyteller who knows how to use AI as a multiplier, not a replacement.

Responsibilities:

You’ll lead the charge in content creation powered by strategy, guided by AI.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

• Write persuasive copy for sales pages, emails, ads, and funnels.
• Craft social media captions, short-form video scripts, and thought-leadership posts.
• Repurpose long-form content (articles, webinars, podcasts) into micro-content for multi-platform use.
   

AI Integration & Workflow Optimization:

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Notion AI, SurferSEO, OpusClip, Descript) to accelerate research, ideation, and repurposing.
• Build and refine prompt libraries, tone presets, and automation templates for scalable content production.
• Continuously test and improve AI workflows to increase efficiency and output.
   

Campaign Alignment & Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, design, and performance teams to align content with campaign goals.
• Analyze performance data and use AI insights to improve future copy.
• Maintain 100% brand consistency across all content touchpoints.

Results:

• Engagement: 3%+ engagement rate on social, 25%+ open rate for emails, 2%+ CTR.
• Efficiency: 30–50% faster turnaround through AI integration.
• Brand Consistency: 100% alignment with tone, messaging, and campaign objectives.
• Innovation: Introduce 1 new AI workflow, automation, or improvement each month.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

You’re the kind of writer who blends creativity with technology, the human heart with an AI brain.

Experience & Expertise:

• 2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or marketing communications.
• Proven experience using AI tools for writing, optimization, and research.
• Strong grasp of psychology, persuasion, and storytelling frameworks.
   

Skills & Tools:

• Excellent command of written English and ability to adapt tone to brand.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Canva and scheduling tools.
• Strong research and editing skills; ability to simplify complex ideas into powerful messages.
• (Bonus) Experience in SaaS, events, or online education content creation.
