<li>To assist in prepare Invoice, Cash Sales, Proforma Invoice for Saliran Industrial by daily basis.</li>
<li>Responsible in office document filling, file tag and labelling.</li>
<li>Responsible in answering calls and correspondence (email etc.).</li>
<li>Responsible in courier service to client (Invoice), checking consignment note.</li>
<li>Update and follow up the returned DO (record to Excel File, request Company Chop &amp; Sign).</li>
<li>Other duties / responsibilities as assigned by the superior.</li>
<li>Processing transactions, handling online banking payment entries, issuing cheque.</li>
<li>Prepare and key in all daily accounting transactions for Account Receivables/Account Payable, (AR/AP), Cash Account Transaction (CAT) such as sales invoice, purchases invoice, credit/debit note, official receipt, payment voucher, petty cash etc.</li>
