Responsibilities

Business Development and Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies to help us maximize our market reach across diverse industries.
  • Monitor competitor movements and price campaigns, allowing you to recommend pricing policies that keep our solutions competitive and relevant.
  • Implement detailed annual sales operating plans and prepare performance reports so that we can together review and refine our strategic direction.

Client Relationship and Market Growth

  • Provide expert consultancy and after-sales services to help our clients resolve problems and strengthen our long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal sales team to ensure a smooth order handling process for every customer, ensuring total satisfaction.
  • Discover and manage your own customer database, giving you the autonomy to generate product demand based on specific client preferences.


Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Preferred at least 3 years of experience within the Oil and Gas or industrial fittings industry.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and your own transport.
  • Willingness to be based in and work from our Puchong office.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Specialized knowledge of flanges, pipes, valves, and fittings is a MUST for this role.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is essential, as you will need to communicate frequently with our clients in China.

Soft Skills & Qualities

  • High sensitivity to market trends with a natural instinct for developing effective sales strategies.
  • A proactive and independent mindset, specifically regarding the discovery and expansion of your own customer database.
  • A collaborative spirit that thrives in a supportive, high-energy team environment.
