Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Chemical/Environmental Engineering recognized by Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) in environmental science, environmental science, environmental management, environmental engineering or other related fields.
• Professional Engineer is an added advantage.
• Registered with DOE (Department of Environmental) as an EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) Consultant and/or subject consultant.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a consultancy environment, out of which a minimum of 2 years is in leading a team in undertaking big projects.
• Able to Lead in implementing environmental requirements for all types and sizes of projects and environmental related services namely EIA, EMP, environmental services and contaminated land management.
• Able to work independently in environmental aspect requires during the preliminary conceptual design stage, detailed design until project completion and prepare related documents required for both proposal and secured Project.
• Able to Lead in the environmental soundness and sustainability of the Project and to support the integration of environmental considerations into the Project decision- making process.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workloads and meet timelines.
• Good inter-personal skills and result oriented. A good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Able to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel locally or globally based on project requirement.
