Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operations and data entry
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliation
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper filing and accounting records
- Liaise with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and auditors when required
- Ensure accounting records are updated accurately in AutoCount system

Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / LCCI / Degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 1–2 years working experience in accounting field preferred
- Knowledge in AutoCount Accounting System is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Positive attitude
