* Manage and maintain relationships with key retail accounts (e.g. Watsons, Guardian, Sasa, etc.)

* Liaise closely with buyers and key account partners on business development and growth

* Prepare and manage offer lists, promotion plans, and pricing strategies

* Coordinate and document meeting minutes, and ensure proper follow-ups

* Plan and execute in-store promotions, GWP (Gift With Purchase) and PWP (Purchase With Purchase) activities

* Oversee POSM arrangements and ensure proper retail display execution

* Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met

* Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations) for campaign execution

Job Requirements

### βœ… Requirements:

* Experience in sales, key account management, or FMCG industry preferred

* Familiar with major retail chains (Watsons, Guardian, Sasa, etc.)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

* Able to work independently and under pressure

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and basic reporting
