This is a hands-on role where you’ll work both front-end with customers and behind the scenes on marketing and sales activities.

Your Growth & Impact

• Serve customers in-store and provide product recommendations.
• Gain practical sales experience by handling enquiries and supporting customer purchases.
• Create social media content, product photos and short videos.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Assist with sales outreach to anglers and retail partners.
• Learn practical skills in Canva, basic video editing, sales and digital marketing.
• Gain real experience in retail operations and the fishing industry.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant diploma or degree programme; suitable for 0 years of experience.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Canva, and basic Video Editing.
• Basic customer service skills and comfortable using spreadsheets and messaging platforms.
• Interest in fishing, retail, or outdoor activities is an advantage.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
• Eager to learn, positive, and willing to take on both retail and marketing tasks.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage simple tasks with minimal supervision.
