Job Description

We are looking for creative, energetic, and digitally savvy Social Media Marketing Interns to join our team for a 3 to 6-month internship. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, branding, and business development while working with a leading Energy Services Company (ESCO) in Malaysia.

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will assist in promoting our energy audit services, sustainability solutions, ESG initiatives, energy management systems, training programs, and digital transformation services through social media platforms, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.

You will be involved in creating engaging content, designing marketing materials, preparing social media campaigns, managing company social media accounts, updating website content, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness. You will also work closely with our engineering and business teams to translate technical information into attractive and easy-to-understand marketing content.

We are a Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) Registered ESCO, Malaysia Digital (MD) Status Company, and HRDCorp Approved Training Provider located at Q Sentral, KL Sentral. This internship provides valuable exposure to B2B marketing, sustainability, energy efficiency, ESG, AI-powered marketing tools, and digital business strategies, with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.

•  Final-year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•  Internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
•  Ready to join immediately.
•  Normal working days are Monday to Friday.
•  Strong interest in social media marketing, digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
•  Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
•  Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
•  Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies and marketing strategies.
•  Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•  Knowledge of AI tools and applications such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar AI platforms is an advantage.
•  Possess a valid Malaysian driving license and be willing to attend marketing events, exhibitions, client visits, or company activities when required.
