<ul>
<li>Prepare and update the Purchasing report from time to time.</li>
<li>Manage and execute the full cycle of purchase orders—from requisition to supplier selection, issuance, and delivery tracking.</li>
<li>Prepare and send out the Purchasing Outstanding Report per schedule.</li>
<li>Prepare the Monthly Stock Replenishment Report.</li>
<li>Prepare, verify and process all necessary documentation, such as customs declarations, invoices, packing list, HS Codes, bills of lading and certificate of origin.</li>
<li>Overall responsibility for planning and supporting the execution of company’s deliveries</li>
<li>Act as primary point for all deliveries related matter</li>
<li>Liaise with supplier for cargo readiness, arrange shipment/delivery schedule;</li>
<li>Liaise well with sales team to effectively plan out the deliveries</li>
<li>To ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customer</li>
<li>Proactive in providing quality customer service and able to handle pressure in a fast pace environment.</li>
<li>Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments and to report any irregularities</li>
<li>To perform any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.</li>
