Job Description

- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm & Saturday 8am – 1pm
- Location: Port Klang (North Port), Selangor
- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
- Job Responsibilities
- Assist manager in accounting duties such as – preparing invoices/ preparing Official Receipt / Preparing payment - voucher
- Follow-up payments with customers
- Processing and recording daily incoming and outgoing transaction
- Assist to prepare shipping documents Import/Export
- Assist to submit all online applications for Import and Export
- Multitasking in resolve and support departments
- To maintain systematic filling of all accounting records and documents
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting.
- Required Language: English, Malay
- Able to multitask
- Must be responsible, passionate, self-motivated, pro-active and have a strong work ethic
