Main responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve sales objectives and provide feedback on market trends.
  • Promote immunology products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
  • Present product benefits, clinical studies and value to build trust and customer relationships.
  • Gather and share customer insights to develop targeted communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager and Medical team to tailor customer journeys and execute omnichannel activities.
  • Own and manage customer communication to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Update and manage CRM systems to optimize customer interaction and sales performance.
  • Assist with metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.

About you

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry.
  • Proven sales experience in immunology or specialty care is added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage territory and customer relationships.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented with a transformative mindset.
  • Travel requirements: Extensive
