Global Business Services (GBS) was established as a new transversal, multi-disciplinary function supporting and accelerating Sanofi’s transformation towards establishing a sustainable standalone Consumer Healthcare business through the implementation of a set of operational legal presence across in-scope markets. Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Global Business Services (GBS) drives transformation projects to ensure it delivers best in class processes in terms of quality, cost, performance, customer satisfaction and needs, supported by high quality master data and performance KPIs.

PEOPLE SERVICES (PPLS) will be covering the following areas of the process:

  • Organization & Employee Master Data: data accuracy and data completeness
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: from hiring to retiring, including contract and job changes
  • Employee queries: global and local articles, ticketing
  • External Workforce: data management, onboarding and offboarding
  • Transversal: reporting, compliance, continuous improvement
  • Time to Pay (T2P): payroll data, calculation, post payroll and support activities

The People Services Technology & Solutions team aims to deliver courageous and streamlined solutions that empower our diverse talent to achieve exceptional outcomes together. Acting as a key enabler leveraging technology to streamline HR processes, optimize system performance and support operational team delivering optimized solutions, the team is responsible for;

  • Core HR system maintenance and enhancement
  • Employee support model
  • Data and reporting management
  • Performance monitoring and visualization
  • Continuous improvement and project support

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Employee Support Model
    • Partner with the HR and digital to enhance the employee support model, using ServiceNow technology, implementing best in class solutions for employee inquiries and People Services delivery.
    • Review and amend existing available knowledge base to reflect latest company changes
    • Develop and enhance governance around knowledge management content for HR scope
    • Provide training sessions for People Services on using ServiceNow features
    • Generate regular reports on support ticket trends, usage patterns, and knowledge base effectiveness to inform People Services ongoing improvements and optimize the employee support experience.

  • Performance monitoring and visualization
    • Identify with Leadership team new KPIs to monitor operational performance
    • Define data source, calculation method and target for those KPI
    • Partner with digital team to automate the generation and visualization within central PPLS dashboard
    • Conduct UAT and prepare training material

  • Data and reporting management
    • Develop central report repository for People related data, (workforce demographics etc…)
    • Implement automated reporting solutions to streamline the production of regular reports, reducing manual effort and ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify reporting needs and translate them into easy to use reports.
    • Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies, collaborating with relevant teams to correct issues and enhance data quality across HRIS and other systems.
    • Ensure all reporting practices adhere to data privacy and compliance regulations, such as GDPR, maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.

  • Continuous improvement and project support
    • Work closely with Digital, HR, and other cross-functional teams to integrate HR technology solutions with broader business systems.
    • Partner with Leadership team to provide technical solutions to operational challenges identified by the team as part of the continuous improvement strategy
    • Set up and animate internal network around technology topics for PPLS
    • Act a primary point of contact for HR systems and solutions supporting PPLS team questions and queries
    • Contribute to HR landscape implementation project by supporting UAT, documentation and communication
    • Develop training material and userguide for all PPLS applications

He / She works closely with P&C, Digital, Master Data Management, GBS SHS and People Services at regional and global level.
