• Help gather information on potential clients and industry trends through online research.
• Assist in planning and running marketing campaigns on social media, email, and digital ads.
• Support lead generation through social media, cold emails, or cold calls.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups for clients.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and share company solutions.
• Join online product demos or meetings and take down notes or feedback.
• Assist in creating simple content like blog posts, testimonials, or marketing emails.
• Track campaign results, customer responses, and update sales records.
• Support other general tasks in the sales and marketing team when needed.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, sales, and tech solutions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms posting such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Able to be on hands with and online working tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, CRM, etc.).
• Able to pick up AI content generator tools.
• A team player with the ability to work remotely and independently when needed.
