📝 Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting market research and gathering potential client information and industry trends.
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and digital ads.
• Generate leads through digital outreach methods such as social media, cold emails, or cold calls.
• Support the sales team with proposal preparation, presentation materials, and client follow-ups.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant company solutions.
• Participate in online product demos or client meetings and document feedback.
• Contribute to content creation including case studies, blog posts, marketing emails, and testimonials.
• Track and report campaign performance, customer responses, and sales pipeline updates.
• Assist with various ad-hoc tasks for the sales and marketing departments.

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, sales, and tech solutions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms posting such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok. 
• Able to be on hands with and online working tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, CRM, etc.).
• Able to pick up AI content generator tools. 
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• A team player with the ability to work remotely and independently when needed.
