Role Overview
As our Part-Time Project Manager, you will be the bridge between stakeholders and developers, ensuring that requirements are clear, timelines are met, and deliverables are up to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather features and specifications requirements from project stakeholders
• Prepare clear and detailed documentation for both stakeholders and developers
• Update and maintain project documents from time to time
• Prepare Gantt charts to track project milestones and deadlines
• Assign tasks to developers and ensure clarity on deliverables
• Follow up on task progress with team members
• Ensure development outcomes match project documentation

Manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
 

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT/software project management.
• Strong skills in documentation, scheduling, and task tracking.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). 
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available for regular team check-ins and progress updates.
