Key Responsibilities :

<li>Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, invoices, and payments.</li>
<li>Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in accounting systems.</li>
<li>Perform account reconciliations (bank, supplier, customer).</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis.</li>
<li>Manage petty cash and staff expense claims.</li>
<li>Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding billing and payments.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.</li>
</ul>
