Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

- KCP
- Ensure that Kernel Crushing Plant, kernel receiving and PKM warehouse are running with minimal downtime.
- Ensure plant production summary and handover checklist are done every shift
- Ensure that receiving and crushing Plant cleanliness are well maintained
- Ensure that products produced meet product specifications as determined by quality control
- Ensure that product samples are brought to the laboratory for testing at planned intervals
- Biodiesel
- Develop new safety precautions for those working with potentially harmful chemicals and substances
- Monitor or supervise the performance of processes throughout the production period
- Solve problems and troubleshoot errors in the manufacturing processes
- Collect data required to make improvements and/or modifications to the manufacturing processes
- Estimate production expenses for management and offer suggestions for more cost-effective and environmentally friendly methods
- Prepares production reports for management

- Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Petrochemical Engineering or equivalent
- Possess own transportation and able to work night shift (on rotation basis)
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage
