Job Description

Responsibilities:

      1. Prepare tender invitation, coordinate tender processes, and facilitate the issuance of award letters / contracts
      2. Compile tender reports / minutes, organize meetings with consultants / tender committee / contractors / suppliers, and finalize terms of agreements with vendors into contract agreements
      3. Perform administrative duties related to organizing and coordinating procurement activities
      4. Maintain accurate records to ensure that contractual agreements are properly documented
      5. Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by superiors


Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. Possess a Degree in Business Administration / Supply Management / Accounting / or any related filed
      2. At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field. Candidates with experience in non-related fields are also encouraged to apply
      3. Knowledge of purchasing and accounting is an added advantage
      4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
      5. Ability to work independently, prioritise and manage multiple tasks, and handle details with minimal supervision
      6. Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and confidentiality in handling all projects
