Job Description

Requirements:

      1. Provide 1st level IT technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and in-house business applications for all user levels
      2. Install, service, and repair IT hardware and software.
      3. Log, respond to, and follow up on IT incidents/requests in the IT Helpdesk System
      4. Fulfill IT purchase requisitions by coordinating with internal departments and suppliers
      5. Maintain a proper filing system for all IT records and documentations
      6. Keep an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and subscriptions


Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. Possess a Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
      2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field
      3. Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows OS desktop and Windows Server network environments, computer hardware assembly, and diagnosing basic computer, printer, and network issues
      4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
      5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
      6. Willingness to travel to rural locations
      7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
