Job Description
Responsibilities:

- Oversee operators in their designated production processes to ensure tasks are performed correctly
- Ensure log sheets are accurately recorded and kept up to date
- Maintain overall mill cleanliness and ensure it remains in optimal condition
- Identify and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner
- Facilitate effective communication between shift supervisors during shift changes
- Supervise and regulate production processes to maintain efficiency, productivity, and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Preferable with a minimum of 2 years working experience in the palm oil industry
- Willing to work in rural area – Balingian Mill
- Must be available for night shifts and weekend shifts
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as (Trainee Process Supervisor)
