- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain price quotations, negotiate terms and place purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely delivery of outstanding orders
- Handle the processing of purchase orders, purchase revenues, invoices, and other related documents
- Assist in month-end reporting and arrange service orders for servicing and repairs
- Collaborate with all users and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services

- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Automotive or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or related field, preferably in spare parts
- Knowledge of vehicle and machinery spare parts, equipment brands, and model
- Knowledge of machine operation and lubricant application is an advantage
- Proficient in computer literacy and basic software
