Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review QA/QC standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Prepare, review QA/QC documents, and ensure the validity of all QA/QC documents
- Practice and ensure compliance with the Quality System
- Practice and ensure the QC team practices good laboratory practice and GMP in the QC lab.
- Approve/reject within a specification product release
- Conduct special assignments from HOD

- Possess a Degree / Master in Chemistry / Biotechnology / Applied Biology / Applied Chemistry / Food Technology or related discipline
- Good laboratory practice experience with technical skill in analytical testing
- At least 1 – 2 year (s) of working experience in food manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in ISO management
