Job Description

Responsibilities:

      1. Oversees the daily operations of the store department, ensuring smooth inventory management, proper storage and efficient distribution of goods
      2. Managing the receipt and inspection of incoming goods and materials
      3. Report any discrepancies, damages or shortages to purchasing department and coordinate with suppliers for resolution
      4. Determine reorder quantity based on minimum and maximum stock set by end-users
      5. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records
      6. Ensure store cleanliness, organized and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations


Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

      1. Possess at least a Degree in Store and Inventory Management / Warehousing Operations / Logistics and Distribution
      2. Preferably with 2 years of working experience in Store and Warehousing field / Industry
      3. Knowledge of Inventory Management System e.g. SAP System
      4. Skills in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools
      5. Familiarity with store equipment (Forklift)
      6. Strong communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
      7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
