Want real marketing experience inside a printing workshop that actually makes things? Working with us at SARMAN PRINTING, you'll help turn design ideas into printed packaging, labels and promotional materials that customers use every day. We are a hands-on manufacturing team focused on quality print and practical marketing outcomes.

As an Intern - Marketing you'll build and scale content and campaigns that customers and sales teams can use. You'll work across digital channels, product shoots and printed collateral to increase our visibility and support sales.

Your Growth & Impact

• Develop practical content for social media and product pages to show real-world results for our printing services.
• Own small campaign tasks from brief to publish so you learn end-to-end marketing workflows.
• Improve product presentation skills through hands-on photo and layout work for packaging and catalogs.
• Build familiarity with customer research and simple analytics so you can suggest better outreach ideas.
• Connect with production and sales teams to learn how marketing moves products from print to market.

Qualifications & Experience

• Pursuing or recently completed diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
• 0 years of formal experience required; internships or school projects are valuable.
• Available for at least 3 months of internship and able to commute to a production site when needed.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic social media posting and scheduling experience for Facebook and Instagram.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Photoshop for simple image edits.
• Basic photography or smartphone product photography skills and photo cropping.
• Comfort with Google Drive, Microsoft Office and simple reporting in Google Sheets.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail when checking proofs and writing product copy.
• Curiosity and a practical mindset for learning how marketing supports manufacturing sales.
• Team oriented attitude and willingness to ask questions and follow operational processes.
