As a Senior Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of client servicing, supporting the development and execution of impactful digital campaigns while ensuring day-to-day excellence in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Campaign Execution

• Act as a key contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and timeliness.
• Support the development of digital strategies across social media, influencer marketing, video, and paid media. 
• Confidently present campaign ideas, updates, and reports to clients.

Campaign Management

• Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns including content calendars, social postings, influencer collaborations, and digital activations.
• Coordinate with creative, design, and media teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within scope.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Account Growth Support

• Proactively identify opportunities to add value through creative ideas, tactical recommendations, or performance optimizations.
• Assist Account Managers in upselling and cross-selling initiatives by preparing proposals and contributing fresh ideas.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across deliverables.
• Support junior team members and share best practices to raise overall executional standards.
• Maintain strong communication to ensure smooth project flow.

Market & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated on platform changes, consumer behaviours, and industry trends.
• Propose relevant and timely content ideas that resonate with audiences and enhance client performance. 

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare campaign reports with clear, data-backed insights.
• Highlight key learnings and provide recommendations for future campaigns.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing and digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay. 
• A natural people person with the charisma to build trust and drive enthusiasm in every client conversation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
• Digitally savvy and tuned into the latest social and cultural trends.
